We responded to an emergency call from the Town of Claremont when heavy rainfall caused severe flooding in a major underpass, blocking traffic and creating a public safety hazard. Our rapid response team arrived with specialized vacuum trucks to remove thousands of litres of flood water and restore normal traffic flow within hours.

We recently completed a series of soakwell and stormwater services across the Town of Cambridge, including a complex job involving a stormwater catchment pit located in the middle of a netball court. With no direct access and sensitivity around the court surface—which couldn't risk damage or cracking from heavy vehicles—we ran over 60 metres of vacuum hose to service the pit safely and effectively.
